Abstract
Kebon Bawang Village is the center of activity of Tanjung Priok District, population growth in this Village is increasing from year to year. The increase in population also results in an increase in the population's need for land. Therefore, a spatial plan is needed for regional development planning in accordance with the land designation. The road plan from RDTR and PZ in Kebon Bawang Village shows that most of these road plans are widening the road, as well as adding new roads involving residential land. This is not in accordance with the existing conditions. This research was conducted in order to analyze the suitability of the road plan of the RDTR with its existing conditions and evaluate the road plan according to its existing conditions. The analysis of the suitability of the RDTR road plan with the existing condition is carried out by overlaying the RDTR road plan data, land use, land ownership status, SIPPT, transportation plans and UDGL. The results of the analysis are then carried out field checks to determine the width of the road and its existing condition. The results of the analysis show that the road plans from RDTR and PZ in Kebon Bawang Village are mostly inappropriate, where the width of the road plan is larger than the existing road and many road plans are not appropriate because they are planned on land owned by residents or in special government areas. Therefore, the evaluation of the road plan is carried out by removing the road plans that are not suitable, and changing the road plans that are not in accordance with the width of the existing road, as well as adding several roads that have not been included in the RDTR road plan of Kebon Bawang Village for 2019-2024.
