Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the business prospects of Kuping mushroom cultivation in increasing the income of Matesih Karanganyar farmers according to Islamic Economics and to determine the sharia economic review of the prospects of Kuping mushroom cultivation in increasing the income of Matesih Karanganyar farmers. Research site in Matesih Karanganyar. The subjects of this study are business actors and employees of the Kuping Mushroom House in Matesih, while the object of this study is the entrepreneurial opportunity for Kuping mushroom cultivation based on the perspective of Islamic Economics. The method used is interview and observation technique. While the data analysis used is qualitative research. The results of the research show that Mitra Mandiri's business is a prospective business because the profits obtained are greater than the resources used. There are several obstacles in cultivating mushroom houses, namely many failed seeds, many pests, long production processes, uneven marketing, and lack of adequate human resources. All resources used in cultivation are carried out by sharia independent partners including in the cultivation and productivity of oyster mushrooms.
