Abstract

This research is to know the legal protection of children as victims of criminal acts of sexual violence by their own biological fathers in the verdict number 43/Pid.Sus/2021/PN.Bbs. In this research, the writer uses normative law research and doctrinal law. The research materials used are primary legal materials in the form of statutory regulations and judges' decisions as well as secondary legal materials in the form of papers, journals and literature related to forms of legal protection for children as victims of sexual violence. The results of the study indicate that the legal protection obtained by the child as a victim of sexual violence by the biological father in the case of decision number 43/Pid.Sus/2021/PN.Bbs is under the judge's consideration according to the laws and regulations governing the protection of children as victims.
