Abstract

This study aims to find out the online marketing strategy of Bank Mandiri KCP Solo UNS in an effort to attract customer interest. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study design. The techniques used in data collection are in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The validity of the data uses source triangulation and engineering triangulation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing/ verification. The results showed that 1) The strategy carried out for market competition is to conduct market research in the form of segmenting, targetting, and positioning. 2) Marketing mix of the products offered is by paying attention to 7p, namely product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence. 3) The marketing communication program carried out is a product demonstration during the pandemic with goes to satker and when the new normal is carried out at car free day events, promo offers and discounts are held at certain events, providing sponshorship at every event held by Sebelas Maret University.
