Abstract

The manufacturing industry sector has the ability to increase production. This study aims to analyze the influence of exchange rates, interest rates, foreign exchange reserves and money supply on the output of the manufacturing industry sector in Indonesia in 2012Q1-2019Q4. The data used in this study is time series secondary data from 2012Q1-2019Q4. The analysis tool used in this study is the Error Correction Model (ECM). Based on the results of the ECM analysis, it shows that the variable money supply has a significant influence on the output of the manufacturing industry sector in the short and long term. Variable exchange rates, interest rates, and foreign exchange reserves have a significant influence on the output of the manufacturing industry sector in the long term but do not have a significant influence in the short term.
