The research methods used are field survey methods and questionnaires as well as data analysis using Average Nearest Neighbour Analysis. There are obstacles when in the field to get a sample of 95 people from 97 data from the formula because of obstacles during the survey in the field. The results of this study are, (1) the characteristics of the population can be explained that the age that tends to be more productive 31-60 years old is still carrying out socio-economic activities and prefers traditional markets as shopping destinations with high school education being the largest number of 45 people and for the purchase of modern markets the last education of higher education amounted to 6 people. The elderly are more in the process of shopping at a distance of < 3 Km. This election still determines the dominant factor of each respondent and each respondent has a different choice. (3) Spatial patterns using Nearest Neighbour Analysis in traditional markets obtain the distribution of clustered patterns (Clusstered) and in modern markets obtain distribution data in the form of spread patterns (Disspersed).
