Abstract
Ground transportation for this situation transportation has a significant ability in the lives of individuals in general. The transportation in question is a vehicle that passes road traffic, one of the models is the travel industry transportation, namely the tourism bus. Travel industry transportation is a vehicle or transportation method used for tourism travel, in addition to travel industry travel, travel industry transportation generally can also be used for pilgrimages, work visits, and others. PT. Surya Transport Perkasa is a travel industry transportation rental organization. In the tourism bus rental, regulations must be made between PT. Surya transport is mighty towards consumers so that both parties must be responsible for the rented transportation. So the motivation behind this research is to find out the process of understanding the transportation industry between PT. Surya Transport Perkasa with consumers, the rights and obligations and commitments of each party, as well as legal obligations if there are parties who make negligence as a default as contained in Article 1243 of the Civil Code and unlawful acts contained in Article 1365 of the Civil Code.
