Abstract
his study aims to examine the relationship between work motivation and job satisfaction with the performance of honorary teachers. The research hypotheses: 1) there is a positive relationship between work motivation and job satisfaction with the performance of honorary teachers, 2) there is a positive relationship between work motivation and the performance of honorary teachers, 3) there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and the performance of honorary teachers. The population of this research is the honorary teacher of SMA Negeri Sukoharjo. The research sample was 58 honorary teachers. Sampling technique with incidental sampling. The quantitative research method is correlation with the Likert scale measuring instrument, namely the work motivation scale, job satisfaction scale and performance scale. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis with SPSS 16 application. The results of the analysis on the work motivation variable with performance showed that the higher the work motivation, the higher the performance of an honorary teacher at the Sukoharjo Regency. Then the analysis of the variable job satisfaction with performance it is known that the higher the level of job satisfaction of a person, the higher the performance of honorary teachers in Sukoharjo Regency. While the results of the analysis of work motivation and job satisfaction with performance indicate the higher one's work motivation and level of job satisfaction, the higher the performance. The effective contribution to the variables of work motivation and job satisfaction is 58% and 42% from other factors. This shows that there is a positive relationship between work motivation and job satisfaction with performance. There is a positive relationship between work motivation and performance.
