Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the implementation of the Islamic Personal Development Program in forming commendable morals for the students of Al-Huda Wonogiri Integrated Islamic High School in 2021/2022. (2) describe the obstacles and solutions in the implementation of the Islamic Personal Development Program in forming commendable morals for students of Al-Huda Wonogiri Integrated Islamic High School in 2021/2022. In this study, the author uses a type of field research with a phenomenological approach. The subjects in this study were teachers of the Islamic Personal Development program and several students of Al-Huda Wonogiri Integrated Islamic High School. Collecting data the authors use the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Then, for the data analysis technique the author uses three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on the implementation of the Islamic Personal Development Program in Shaping the commendable character of the Al-Huda Wonogiri Integrated Islamic High School Students in 2021/2022 are the BPI program is a program created to form the commendable character of the Al-Huda Wonogiri Integrated Islamic High School students and in it there are several activities such as, Halaqah, Faniyah, Mukhoyam, Tasqif, Mabit (Malam Bina Takwa), Keakhwatan, Rihlah, and Murabbi school. Then, the obstacles experienced were the shortage of Murabbi or coaches and the lack of student activity in participating in Islamic Personal Development activities.
