Abstract

Construction is an activity with a high level of risk and can cause a variety of unintended impacts, especially in the aspect of occupational safety. Therefore, in a company the need for Occupational Safety and Health (K3) program to reduce and prevent work accidents. This study aims to determine the suitability of the Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Program to the behavior of workers in PT. Copyright Strada Boyolali Regency. The type of research used is descriptive observational. The population in this study was 80 workers. Sampling techniques using total sampling method. The characteristics of respondents consisted of two characteristics based on age and based on education. The results of the study were as many as 48 people (60%), indicating that PT. Cipta Strada Boyolali District has implemented occupational safety and health program (K3) in accordance with applicable or in accordance with established standards. Based on the results of the research, advice that can be given should be held by the patient and increase knowledge through training to improve occupational safety and health behavior.
