Abstract
Cases of white collar crime that occurred in Indonesia are divided into several fields, namely trade, industry, and finance. The case of white collar crime (WCC) in the trade sector is currently on the rise. This research uses an exploratory method. This study tries to explore further about the object under study using an empirical juridical research approach (socio legal research). The author hopes that if there is a similar problem, it can be solved in the best way. Have the same vision about eradicating white collar crime in e-commerce. Requires collaboration between members in making research PKM with the title "White Collar Crime in E-commerce in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0"
