Abstract

The increase in e-commerce transactions in Indonesia during the pandemic which grew 33.2% from 2020 which reached Rp. 253 trillion to Rp. 337 trillion this year. The emergence of the public's intention to transact in e-commerce is assessed based on the public's trust and risk perception of e-commerce. This study aims to determine the effect of trust and risk perception on the intention to transact in e-commerce. This research is a quantitative research with a correlational approach. The number of samples in this study were 80 people. The method of collecting data is the questionnaire method. Data analysis techniques are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous test), t test (partial), and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that the variables of trust and risk perception have a positive effect on the intention to transact in e-commerce.
