Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Financial Ratios on the Financial Performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk in 2018-2020. This research is included in quantitative research. The population of this study are cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study is PT Gudang Garam Tbk. The data used is secondary data obtained from the 2018-2020 financial statements of PT Gudang Garam. SPSS 25 is used in research as an analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that (1) the Liquidity Ratio with the current ratio has no effect on the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam with ROA. (2) Profitability ratio with net profit margin affects the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam with ROA. (3) Solvency ratio with debt to asset ratio does not affect the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam with ROA. (4) Activity ratio with total asset turnover affects the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam with ROA. (5) Market Ratio with price earning ratio affects the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam with ROA
