Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of local revenue and general allocation funds on economic growth. The population in this study were all regencies and cities in Central Java Province in 2017-2019. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the official website of the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK) of Central Java Province, namely the 2017-2019 APBD Realization Report and the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), namely Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) for constant price basis. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that local revenue had a positive effect on economic growth in the Central Java region and the general allocation fund had a negative effect on economic growth in the Central Java region.
