Abstract

This study aims to describe: 1) lead magnet marketing strategy planning, 2) lead magnet marketing strategy implementation, 3) driving factors, inhibiting, and solutions for lead magnet marketing strategies at Schole Fitrah Bandung. This type of research is qualitative research, case study research design and data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. The sources of this research are the owner of the institution, employees of Schole Fitrah and program participants at Schole Fitrah. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and data verification, while the validity of the data uses source and technique triangulation. The results of the research: 1) lead magnet marketing strategy planning includes data analysis, target market analysis, determining the type of lead magnet, seeking partnerships, and dissemination. 2) The lead magnet marketing strategy is well implemented by distributing lead magnet links and conducting webinars, distributing free e-books, and conducting trial e-courses. 3) The driving factor for the lead magnet marketing strategy is quality teaching staff, implemented with lots of interesting content ideas that are effective and efficient. The inhibiting factors for the lead magnet strategy include lack of market analysis and concept determination, website disruptions, lack of public awareness of parenting education. The solution to these problems is by increasing the consistency of market analysis, consistency in program implementation, and conducting comparative studies with other parents.
