Abstract

The cultural potential of an area is something that must be preserved and maintained and developed so that it does not become extinct. The city of Wonogiri has a variety of cultural potentials including traditional arts and traditional foods which are still preserved. However, until now, Wonogiri City does not have facilities that can accommodate cultural tourism and culinary tourism activities. In addition, it is hoped that with the Wonogiri Performing Art And Food Center, it can further develop the cultural potential of Wonogiri so that it is better known by the wider community. The Wonogiri Performing Art And Food Center is designed using a Sustainable Architecture approach, which is expected to become an icon of environmentally friendly cultural buildings.
