Abstract

After the Covid-19 pandemic, there is a trend of work and vacation or commonly referred to as workcation which is predicted to become a habit in the new normal. This new trend can be facilitated by hotels which are companies engaged in services including 24-hour room service, restaurants, wifi areas, fitness lab laundry services, bars and swimming pools. Completeness of hotel facilities and services can attract visitors to just stay overnight or try to improve personal well-being. Well-being is a fundamental thing that needs to be met for everyone, in the classification of life welfare Maslow explained that there are 5 basic needs that need to be met with the basics, namely physiological needs including food, clothing, shelter to self-actualizatin A person's desire to use all his abilities to achieve whatever they want and can do. In Architecture there is a design that strives to create a good habitat for humans as biological organisms in the modern environment that advances the health, fitness, and welfare of society and there is a connection with nature, namely biophilic design.
