Abstract

TB patients require a lot of drugs for their disease, thus increasing the possibility of Drug Related Problems (DRPs). The purpose of this study was to evaluate DRPs in the category of drug inaccuracy (ineffective/non-drug of choice, contraindications), dose inaccuracy (under dose, over dose) and drug interactions that occur in category 1 pulmonary TB patients at the Outpatient Installation of dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten 2020. This research is a non-experimental (observational) study with retrospective data collection.
