Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) Develop enrichment book teaching materials as disaster knowledge for students on landslide disaster material at SMP Negeri 1 Selo, (2) Determine the feasibility of enrichment books in the learning process of landslide disaster material as a basis for disaster knowledge. This research is a type of research and development with the Borg and Gall research model. The instrument used to collect research data is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is descriptive. The media developed were assessed for feasibility by material experts, media experts, teachers and students. The results of the enrichment of landslide disaster books by referring to the Borg and Gall model, at the dissemination stage were not carried out, this study resulted in (1) Teaching materials in the form of landslide disaster material enrichment books according to student needs based on student needs analysis. (2) The media enrichment book material for landslides has met the eligibility criteria based on the assessment of material experts getting a score of 4.1 in the "good" category, the media expert's assessment gets a score of 4.1 with the "good" category, the assessment by the teacher gets a score of 4, 7 with the "very good" category and the assessment by students got a score of 4.2 with the "very good" category. This shows that the landslide disaster material enrichment book is appropriate to be used as a basis for knowledge of landslide disasters.
