Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the practice of buying and selling Netflix accounts at @capella.apps and to find out the review of Islamic law on the practice of buying and selling Netflix accounts at @capella.apps. The research method used is a qualitative method using a case study approach. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews with online shop business owners @capella.apps and buyers from Netflix accounts at @capella.apps and secondary data obtained from previous books, scientific works, and journals. The results of the study show that the practice of buying and selling Netflix accounts at @capella.apps is the same as in general online buying and selling, where the buyer places an order with the seller, after that the buyer makes the agreed payment, then the seller provides an e-mail and password to be accessed by the buyer. during one month. Related to the review of Islamic law that is valid when viewed from the pillars of the sale and purchase, but the conditions are valid on ma'akud alaih (the object of the contract) so that it becomes invalid according to Islamic law.
