Abstract

This research aims to find out the forms of redulication and the meaning of redulication in the description of students of SMP Negeri 1 Plupuh. This research uses qualitative research so this research was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Plupuh. Based on the results of the study can be drawn conclusions. Analysis of data based on the description of students of SMP Negeri 1 Plupuh, researchers were able to find and classify forms of reduplikasiation that include; repetition of all basic forms without phoneme variation, partial repetition, repetition by recurrence or affixation and repetition with phoneme variations In addition to the forms of redulication researchers also analyze the meaning of redulication in the essay which includes; reword means 'many', expresses the meaning of 'unconditional', expresses the meaning of 'resembling', expresses the meaning of 'the highest level', expresses the meaning of 'mutual', expresses the meaning of 'related things', expresses the meaning of 'nature', expresses the meaning of 'state', expresses the meaning of 'intensity', and the meaning of 'deeds performed over and over again'.
