Abstract

Bendan Village, Manisrenggo District, Klaten Regency as a pilot village for the DSSJ program which is believed to be effective in preventing, treating, and improving the quality of life of ODGJ and those who are mentally healthy amidst the increasing number of ODGJ cases in the community every year. Klaten Regency from the characteristics include planning, the officers involved, what programs have been provided from the puskesmas, what facilities are provided, the budget, and how the process of implementing mental health services is. Methods: the type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomological approach. and triangulation. Data collection was carried out in Bendan Village, Manisrenggo District, Klaten Regency using purposive sampling method. Analysis of the data used is thematic data analysis and obtained 5 themes, namely: (1). Mental Health Alert Village Planning (DSSJ) (2). implementation (3). Obstacles in implementation (4). Evaluation of DSSJ Results: this study shows that Bendan Village, Manisrenggo District runs the DSSJ program with services based on the principles of Minimum Service Standards (MSS) in the mental health sector with structured planning, but there are still obstacles such as insufficient budget and level of knowledge low part of the community in responding to ODGJ.
