Abstract

Puskesmas as one of the state-owned institutions has not been able to use good and correct Indonesian. One of the language errors found is in the field of phonology. The purpose of the study was to describe the form of orthographic errors and pronunciation in the instagram account posts of klaten regional health centers. The method used is the method of extinguishing with an orthographic determinant. The basic technique used is the determining element (PUP) technique. Advanced techniques use the link banding distinguishing technique (HBB). Found 87 data with 143 forms of errors, among them (1) orthographic errors namely uppercase usage errors, italics, particle writing errors, number symbol writing errors, and Indonesian word merging errors. (2) Pronunciation errors are changes in vocal phonemes, changes in consonant phonemes, changes in vocal phonemes to consonants, changes in consonant phonemes to vocals, removal of vocal phonemes, removal of consonant phonemes, removal of double vocal phonemes into single vowels, removal of consonant groups, addition of vocal phonemes, addition of consonant phonemes, and formation of vocal series. Based on the data it can be concluded that the orthographic error of 60 forms and the pronunciation error of 83 forms.
