Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the TAM model in online shopping through the factors (perceived usefulness, perceived ease, perceived enjoyment) that affect online shopping intentions. The population and sample in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta and the number of respondents as samples in this study were 100 people. Sources of data used in this study is primary data. data collection method using a questionnaire. Data analysis used Smart PLS. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that (1) perceived usefulness has a negative and insignificant effect on online shopping intentions. (2) perceived convenience has a positive and significant effect on online shopping intentions. (3) perceived enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on online shopping intentions.
