Abstract

The digital world has a very fast development, innovation in transactions gives rise to new things in transactions and cryptocurrency is born. Cryptocurrency is a digital currency whose function is almost the same as other currencies. However, using cryptocurrencies requires an exchange application such as Tokocrypto. Tokocrypto is an exchange application that converts fiat currency into digital currency. Trading transactions at Tokocrypto are only limited to buying a cryptocurrency asset because cryptocurrency cannot be used as a means of payment because the only valid means of payment is in rupiah. In addition, Tokocrypto is monitored by Bappebti because as a commodity market, Tokocrypto has its own commodity trade, namely cryptocurrency as a commodity. In addition, from the perspective of Islamic law, cryptocurrency trading can only be used as a digital asset.
