Abstract

The instrument used in international trade is exports which can be used as a driving force in promoting economic development. Differences in production factors will allow exports to be carried out, so that between countries will produce their respective benefits. This study aims to determine the effect of Non-Oil and Gas Exports, Inflation, GDP on the Position of Foreign Exchange Reserves in 1999-2020. The data used in this study is secondary data with time series data (time series) in annual form. Time series data used starting from the period 1999-2020 sourced from the world bank, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the OLS (Ordinary least squares) model. The results of this study indicate that Non-Oil and Gas Exports and GDP have a positive and significant effect on Foreign Exchange Reserves. Meanwhile, inflation has a negative and insignificant effect on foreign exchange reserves.
