Abstract

According to Government Regulation Number 2 of 2018 concerning Minimum Service Standards, it is stated that Minimum Service Standards are provisions regarding the type and quality of basic services which are mandatory government affairs that every citizen has the right to obtain at a minimum. District/city governments are required to provide standardized health services to all people with severe mental disorders as a secondary prevention effort in their working areas within one year. Health center as mental health service providers at the primary level play a role in providing counseling, early detection, psychiatric emergency services, outpatient services, referral services and home visit services. This study aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of minimum mental service standards at the Tunjungan Health Center. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling which is done by purposive sampling. Participants in this study amounted to 9 people. The research instrument was the researcher himself using the help of a notebook, voice recorder and interview guide. Data collection techniques in this study were in-depth interviews and data analysis using thematic analysis. The results of this study are the minimum standard of mental health services at the Tunjungan Health, Blora Regency Center has been running and implemented by providing mental health promotion services to rehabilitative services. Suggestions for further researchers are expected to prepare a script or interview guide in more detail regarding the research topic and be able to establish good communication with various participants so that complete information is obtained.
