Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of credit risk, liquidity, and the level of efficiency moderated by independent commissioners on firm value. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. Purposive sampling technique was used to determine the sample in this study. The sample used as many as 30 companies. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression on Eviews 10. The results of the analysis show that 1) credit risk has a significant positive effect on firm value. 2) liquidity has no significant effect on firm value. 3) the level of efficiency has no significant effect on firm value. 4) independent commissioners strengthen credit risk to firm value. 5) independent commissioners strengthen liquidity to firm value. 6) independent commissioners weaken the level of efficiency on firm value.
