Abstract
Conventional voting using paper and manual calculations is considered less effective because it requires a lot of preparation. One of them is the Klurahan Village Youth Organization which still uses the manual methods such as elections, in addition to consuming a lot of time and a lot of funds, this process also cannot be followed by less active members, for example members who are outside the city because they cannot cast their votes directly. The purpose of this system is to make it easier because the website can be accessed via smartphones or laptops and can also be followed by all members of the youth organization both present and unable to attend the forum, so that voting becomes more efficient without requiring a lot of preparation. This system uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall model, using the MySQL database Bootstrap framework PHP programming language. Based on the results of blackbox testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT) the system reached 88.4% so it can be concluded that the system is acceptable and can be used by users.
