Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and trust on DOKTER GIGI MUDA patient satisfaction at the Soelastri Dental and Oral Hospital. The sample in this study amounted to 90 patients at the Dental and Oral Hospital using a questionnaire for data collection. Sampling technique with non-probability sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1). Partially there is a positive and significant effect between trust on patient satisfaction DOKTER GIGI MUDA 2). Partially there is a positive and significant effect between trust on outpatient DOKTER GIGI MUDA patient satisfaction and having received health services.
